Saturday – 6/22 5:30 a.m. Cook potatoes.
8:00 a.m. Prep. Vegetables/shred cabbage; prep pickled beets make potato
salad; help set up dining room tables etc.
8:00 a.m. Pack potato salad and beets, package rolls in zip lock bags.
12:01 p.m. Help decorate & set up dining room.
6:00 p.m. Dredge chicken pieces in seasonings & refrigerate.
